STEP 1
Day 1
Introductory call with our design team to go over your property details such as timeline, budget and target renters.

After the intro call, we will do a competitor analysis and advise on a design style. Once we receive photos of your property and the floorplan/measurements we can begin the design process.
STEP 2
Within 1-2 weeks
In order to get the furniture shipped as soon as possible we will first present to you a design board of the curated items for each room.

You can select the items you would like to have ordered and shipped to you from your client shopping list. Our team will manage ordering the items and assist with any service needs such as returns or damages

STEP 3
Within 3-4 weeks
The 3D design will provide you or your contractors/handyman with a roadmap to where each item is located. Of course, our team is here to answer any questions throughout the implementation process.
If your project starts with renovations we reverse step 2 & step 3 to provide your contractors with a 3D design first. This will allow you and your contractors to visually be on the same page and avoid costly renovation misunderstandings. Furniture can then be order closer to the renovation completion date.
